Deepika is a physicist turned innovation professional who enjoys exploring how cutting-edge research can be translated into real-world applications and meaningful societal impact.

At GIST, she works closely with leadership, teams across the organization, media, partners, and other stakeholders to share GIST's story, support key initiatives, and build strong relationships through effective communication.

​

In her free time, she likes cycling through the Dutch flatlands and giving back to the community through volunteer work.

Dr. Sachin Kinge is the Tech Head in Materials
Engineering and Advanced Technology R&D at Toyota Motor Europe and an Industry Visiting Professor in TU Delft and University of Twente. He holds a PhD in Material Science (2004) from the Max Planck Institute in Germany.

 

With extensive experience spanning corporate R&D and academia, his work centers on driving breakthroughs in energy conversion technologies, advanced sensing, and quantum engineering.

 

Dr. Kinge actively leads collaborative industry-academic research programs, technology incubation, and intellectual property portfolio management. He is also associate editor of EPJ Quantum Technology.
